The broken sliding door lock made us feel unsafe, and I was disappointed by the presence of mold in the room, which overshadowed any positive aspects of our stay.

Recommend it for budget-conscious travelers

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I really liked that the check-in lady remembered my event and asked how it went, like they actually cared.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it's decent for the price you pay.

Location is particularly good.

It's perfect affordable hotel with consistently courteous staff. The attached restaurant is good.

The rooms with the king size bed.

Would like to stay there on the next trip, the hotel was fairly clean, and location near many stores and restaurants was good and absolutely perfect. Our room was stocked and modern with the king size bed. Had nice facilities like cable channels, a microwave and a fridge.

The Breakfast is not included and others Hotels has breakfast included at the same price or sheaper

Local attractions, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. The room had not been properly cleaned, and there were noticeable maintenance issues. It was a disappointment given my expectations.

For the price I could have stayed at a better place

Hole in the wall that was covered with tape. Refrigerator was unplugged and had food in it. No microwave. Waffle machine kept blowing fuses so it took a long time to make waffles

The beds were very comfortable. The room was very accessible to the parking lot.

There was not enough wash clothes for each of us.

The convenience of parking for our large family vehicle, great to explore nearby attractions easily.

In my wife's opinion, the continental breakfast options left much to be desired. It would be great if they offered a wider variety of kid-friendly options like cereals or pastries.

The only reason why I chose this hotel is because it's 10 mins from LEGOLAND.

The beds are way to firm, it like laying on a be of nails. They OVER CHARGE ME $20 for "damage to the room" which there was none!!!! The breakfast was not worth a penny. The AC we not working in our room. The bathroom has no vent, so when using hot water leave the door open. If not this is a good way to have mold in the room not good with someone who has allergies. I asked for an extra bed in the room when I booked my room over 3 week ago, they charge $15 per nite.. when i arrived they did not have an extra beds on hotel property. All hotel rooms either has 2 queen or 1 king that's it. So I had to go to Walmart by a twin air mattress and a air pump for my child to sleep on the floor, which wasn't fun. My child woke up at 3 am crying because he had a roach crawling on him. I called the front desk to let them know and I wanted to me move to another room. There was no availability... In my opinion This is not a god place to stay.. other people may have liked their stay but mine was not worth it.. if you are looking into a hotel for family VAC for LEGOLAND, I recommend holiday Inn, it is closer and I would spend $$ for comfort and happiness

mixed experience, great pool but some issues

The pool area was enjoyable and well-kept. The staff were friendly and accommodating, made check-in smooth. The alternative room we were moved to was clean and had a working lock. The pool view added a nice touch to our stay as we enjoyed lounging around it.

Perfect location, rooms and pool are clean, staff was very nice and a simple breakfast. I stayed a few weeks ago on vacation so when I had to come back to FL on business I had no hesitation to stay here.
